Mixed Feelings About the stay
english channels pool view empty soap dispenser room cleaning
The room included a tv with English channels. It also had a fridge, a shower, a bath, and a balcony with a pool view.
I asked three times for the soap dispenser to be filled. It was empty upon arrival. key cards also failed daily for several members of our party, requiring reprogramming. ROOM cleaning only involved bed making. We had to take all cups, glasses, and crockery down ourselves.

noisy neighbors slow lifts
The lifts were a nightmare (i swear, they had a mind of their own). i waited ages for them. Was like i was back in the queue at disneyland. also, the walls were pretty thin. I could hear everything going on next door. noisy neighbors, slow lifts

dirty pool old furniture
the pool was really dirty particularly in the afternoons the staff did not clean it often enough. also the furniture in the room was a bit old nothing seemed new. the elevators stopped on every floor it took forever to get to my room. guests reserved lounge chairs despite rules against it.
